Who are we looking for?

Preferably a post graduate degree in Business Management/ accounting/ commerce/Agriculture/ statistics/ or related discipline from a recognized institution.
5-7 years of experience with Minimum two years’ experience as RM/TL or similar role with a financial institution in retail/business department.
Exposure to retail/consumer, Agri, ME & Housing finance will be an additional advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Sales & Collection performance report against benchmarks for Asset portfolio.
Prepare Branch & Area wise weekly, monthly variance analysis of loans & Disbursement.
Assist HAB/Management and frontline teams in generating various reports.
Update Dashboards of different Asset products.
Develop reports at regular intervals and share recommendations on portfolio performance trends for management consumption.
Assist in resolution of queries and issues raised by Branches in Asset/Micro Enterprises & Housing products.
Coordinate with other departments for development of new reports and update existing one
Develop comprehensive monitoring reports in Cognos.
Prepare monthly presentation for HAB on Asset Business Performance update for CBO & CEO review.
Prepare Asset portfolio Collection management reports.
Following up with branches for sales, collection status of Asset/Micro Enterprises / Housing products.
Assist Chief Business Officer & Head Asset Business in Business Planning, monitoring and reporting related tasks
Any additional relevant tasks assigned by line manager/CBO.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
Strong analytical, performance monitoring and adequate job knowledge of – Microfinance & ME lending principles.
Excellent understanding and knowledge of ME & Housing Finance.
Excellent analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Self-starter, assertive, team player and highly punctual.
