BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise & coordinate Assembly operations to ensure efficiency & adherence to production schedules.
- Lead & develop a team of technicians & operators by providing training & support.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks & implement process improvement.
- Participate in activities using methodologies (5S, Kaizen & Root Cause Analysis).
SKILLS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing Principles and production optimization techniques.
- Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
