Number of position(s): 01 | Location: Rawalpindi, Punjab
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: BS/MS from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, negotiation and account reconciliation etc.
- Relevant Industry: Manufacturing, Textile, Electrical and Electronic appliances.
- Age: Maximum age up to 30 years.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and provide regular reports on debt recovery activities to the management team.
- Proactively contact customers with overdue accounts through various communication channels to facilitate payments.
- Skillfully negotiate payment plans and terms with customers needing flexibility in settling outstanding balances.
- Accurately reconcile accounts for precise tracking of outstanding balances and transactions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all communication and payment agreements, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in resolving account-related issues and inquiries professionally.
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate and reach challenging-to-contact customers.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and follow through with legal actions to recover debts when required.
