Business Development Executive (Program Development)

The Business/Program Development Executive will be responsible in development and implementation of new programs/initiatives/partnerships to achieve organizational goals.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

• Identify opportunities for new programs aligned with organizational mission and objectives.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for program implementation and expansion.

Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for program development.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
• Secure funding and resources through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on program performance, outcomes, and impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of program activities and expenditures.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct program evaluations and assessments to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies for continuous program enhancement and innovation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BBA, BSc., MBA
• Minimum 2 years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

• Program Development; Grant Writing; Proposal Development; Communications; Presentation
