LEAD BIOMASS BOILER SPECIALIST
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the biomass boiler project from design to commissioning, ensuring regulatory and operational standards are met.
- Technical Oversight: Lead the design, integration, and setup of the biomass boiler, including feasibility studies and equipment selection.
- Team Management: Coordinate engineers and contractors during installation to meet project timelines.
- Operational Setup: Develop protocols, safety standards, and maintenance schedules for efficient boiler operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement benchmarks and oversee system optimization for fuel efficiency and output.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations, with regular reporting to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Education and Work Experience:
- Engineering Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Renewable Energy Engineering, with a focus on biomass technology.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in biomass boiler systems, preferably in cement or similar industries.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale industrial energy projects.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of biomass boilers, combustion processes, and related technologies.
- Strong ability to manage teams and oversee complex project phases.
- Familiar with safety and environmental regulations for biomass systems.
- Ability to optimize performance and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
