Qualification: ACCA
Experience: 3 – 4 years of Facility / customer management experience is preferable
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies, recommended accounting standards and related accounting principles and practices.
· Monthly reconciliation of Debtor sub-ledgers, and timely clearance of all reconciling items.
· Monthly review & follow up of all customer utility bills reconciliation.
· Ensure the accurate & complete posting of all receipts.
· Ensure accurate recording of all Facility Management related payments.
· Monthly reconcile all Facility Management related billing.
· Coordinate with finance team for monthly bank reconciliations and ensure that all reconciling items are cleared on a timely basis in accordance with the Company’s accounting policies.
