ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an IR Manager for its P.h.a.r.m.a.c.e.u.t.i.c.a.l Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain a good industrial environment at all plant sites of the Pharmaceuticals business.
- To keep the management aware of existing and impending legislation, laws and regulations.
- To handle grievances and worker disputes and redressing them promptly.
- To lead CBA negotiations; remit preparations and survey of comparable industries.
- Resolve instances of misconduct and highlight to management areas of disciplinary action.
- To manage plants security and administrative matters in collaboration with corporate administration, local Govt. Agencies and local law enforcement authorities.
- To set and execute an effective industrial relations strategy for the Pharmaceutical business
