Roots Millennium Education Jobs Protocol Officer: Roots Millennium Education is looking for Protocol Officer (SSG Ret.)
Qualification: Graduation
Location: Head Office Isb
Duties:
- Assist in arranging all meetings between RMS officials and local authorities
- Maintain communication during official events and ceremonies attended by the RMS Officials
- Identify and visit in advance venues of activities and meetings to make appropriate arrangements;
- Prepare seat arrangements for ceremonies/meetings/conferences hosted by the RMS as required
- Provide the necessary documents from local authorities for written-off items and items disposed of and advise the Mission of disposal of scrap and other materials in an environmentally and friendly manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
