ASSOCIATE / OFFICER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Handle existing and new customer relationships with billers, aggregators and affiliates, and others
- Initiate new projects and coordinate with PMO & Operations to ensure end-to-end testing and Go live
- To ensure smooth delivery of projects, and resolve bottlenecks by analysing the root cause by coordinating with relevant departments where required
- Liaise between internal and external teams to ensure timely response to customer queries for respective product / service enablement
- Achieve expected monthly value and volume against annual targeted budget
- Build, influence, and uphold positive relationships with customers via effective communication and regular meetings
