Position: Deputy Manager – Finance
Qualification: ACCA qualified, CA (Finalist)
Minimum Experience: 5 – 7 years
Job Description:
• Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with the Financial Controller.
• Preparing monthly cash flow forecast. Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
• Prepare financial analysis for investment decisions and monthly financial analysis for management.
• Prepare monthly budget variance analysis & annual budget in coordination with Financial Controller.
• Update operating procedures manual of the finance department.
• Ensure that financial controls are in place at functions and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• To supervise and manage the external audit of the company. To ensure implementation of audit recommendations from external auditors and compliance with procedures and policies in the financial area.
