Position: SR. AUDIT OFFICER
Ziauddin University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the university’s financial records.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct physical counts of materials and equipment.
- Perform construction audits and physical verification of various locations.
- Verify inward/outward gate passes from one premise to another basis.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Verify external faculty bills.
- Maintain fixed asset tagging on a routine basis.
- Verify invoices and bills on a daily basis.
- Perform other audit tasks assigned by the HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree/ACMA/ACCA part qualified.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position: GRANT WRITER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the grantor pipeline, own and cultivate relationships with grantors, and understand requirements for each grantor.
- Organize research groups within the university to serve both scientific goals and grantor requirements.
- Actively search/disseminate grant/project calls and follow-up applications.
- Assist in the preparation of grant/project applications and other necessary supporting materials for grants, projects, and competitions.
- Write winning proposals on behalf of Ziauddin University.
- Provide communication and structural support for project teams and project partners by managing email, communications, meetings, and coordination.
- Prepare progress reports and manage the ORIC scorecard.
- Develop and Execute Research Strategies for ZU colleges and Departments.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English and Urdu.
- Good Writing Skills.
- Skilled at reviewing proposals written by others.
- Age Limit: 25 – 35.
- Must have prior 1-2 years of experience in writing and securing grants.
