Job Title: Manager Finance
Position Description: This position will be responsible for timely preparation and review of daily NAV, Financial Statement, etc. and in assisting the department in meeting SECP and other statutory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare & review NAV of assigned respective funds.
- To prepare & review monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial Statements of assigned respective funds.
- To prepare & review monthly SECP reports pertaining to assigned funds.
- To prepare & review Monthly SBP reports pertaining to assigned funds.
- Enter and post transactions in FMS system.
- To prepare & review Bank Reconciliations and financial statements.
- Work closely with internal/external audit team, bank and fund trustees.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and queries.
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Responsible for preparing SST monthly reports.
- Assist in projects assigned by the line manager as and when required.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory framework, policies and AMC industry.
- Highly proficient in MS Office
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a reputable / HEC recognized institution or ACCA is preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years’ relevant industry experience is preferred.
