Position: SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
Urbansole is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior E-Commerce Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete post-order lifecycle, including order processing, dispatch, delivery, and reverse logistics.
- Monitor order lead time, delivery success ratio, returns, cancellations, and pending orders.
- Analyze post-order data and prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Retail Stores, Customer Services, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare dispatch and financial reports covering orders, returns, and courier discrepancies.
- Manage Shopify product onboarding, catalog updates, pricing, inventory details, and website photoshoot coordination.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Perform additional Shopify and e-commerce operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- 6-12 months of relevant experience in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing calls, emails, and social media channels.
