Product Manager-MIS Development & Implementation (VP)

• No. of Position: 01
• Experience: Minimum 10-years post-qualification experience
• Technical experience: Proven Hands on Experience with one or more Core Banking Systems and Payment Systems for MIS development & Implementation.
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant
• Job Responsibilities: Seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring timely, high-quality reporting and support for all Bank. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, designing reports, participating in business analysis, and supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions. The role involves developing financial statutory reports, analyzing KPIs, conducting financial analysis, implementing digital products, and managing CBS vendor communications. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, BI tools, ETL, data warehousing, and API development is required. Strong technical documentation and training skills are also essential.

VMware Infrastructure Administrator (VP)

• No. of Position: 01
• Experience: Minimum 10-years post-qualification relevant professional experience on a comparable position
• Technical Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere ESXi, vCenter vRealize, SRM and related components. Should have hands-on experience of system hardening and other security Standards related to VMware infrastructure. Knowledge of any enterprise level backup solution & LTO Tape library administration & management.
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in IT, Computer science duly recognized by HEC. Candidates with VMWare Certification VCAP-DCV will be preferred.
• Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain the VMware virtualization infrastructure, including VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, SRM and related components. Implement and maintain security controls, patches, and updates for VMware infrastructure in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Engage with VMware support and other relevant vendors to escalate and resolve critical issues, manage SLAs and stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.

Oracle Database Administrator (VP)

• No. of Position: 01
• Experience: Minimum 10-years post-qualification relevant professional experience on a comparable Position of Database Administrator.
• Technical Experience: Database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting Backup & Disaster Recovery Technologies using Conventional, RMAN, Active Data-guard and Golden-Gate etc. Installation, Upgrading, Patching management & Security of Oracle Database Single & RAC instances. Hands-on Linux Administration and Shell Scripting. MS SQL Server & MySQL will get preference.
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in IT, Computer science duly recognized by HEC. Professional level certification in Oracle Database will be preference. Certification in Database Security will get preference.
• Job Responsibilities: Administration & performance analysis for both the host & Databases. Oracle (RAC/Single Instance), Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL. Assist in data migration projects, database upgrades, and system integrations.

Software Developer (.Net Technology) (VP)

• No. of Position: 01
• Experience: Minimum 10-Years post-qualification experience.
• Technical Experience: Strong understanding of OOP concepts. Experience in database design & development using Oracle, SQL Server or other large-scale RDBMS. Familiarity with web development technologies. Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have 5 to 7 years’ experience in software development using NET technology ASP.NET, C#.
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in Computer Science/IT duly recognized by HEC. Candidates having relevant certifications will be preferred.
• Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the analysis, design, and development of software systems using NET technology. Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. Create and update technical documentation, designs documentation, coding standards, release notes etc. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software works properly. Collaborate with team members to maintain code quality and follow best practices. Stay current with new trends in software system development. Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues when needed.

Linux System Administrator (VP)

• No. of Positions: 02
• Experience: Minimum 10-Years post-qualification experience.
• Technical Experience: Designing & development of Multisite, scalable, highly available, secure, mission critical infrastructure over Linux environment (RHEL, Enterprise Linux, CentOS) Proficiency in Linux operating systems, including installation, upgradation, configuration, and troubleshooting.. Knowledge of Linux server technologies, such as Apache, DNS, and other relevant services. Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as KVM or VMware in a Linux environment
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in IT, Computer science duly recognized by HEC. Candidates having Red Hat/Oracle Linux Certification will be preferred.
• Job Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the Linux server infrastructure, including installation, patching, and updates. Implement and maintain security controls, patches, and updates for Linux systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based services and web servers.

Network Security Engineer (VP)

• No. of Position: 01
• Experience: Minimum 10-Years post-qualification professional experience on a comparable position.
• Technical Experience: Experience of installation, configuration, maintenance & Administration of Multivendor Network Security Devices (Firewalls, WAF) with scalable, highly available, mission critical network infrastructure. Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts and systems, routing protocols BGP, OSPF, Traffic engineering, L2/L3 VPN, MPLS, SSL/IPSEC. Experience with any tools of VAPT/IAM/PAM/MFA/SIEM/SOAR/XDR will get preference.
• Qualification: Bachelor/16 years of education in IT/Computer science/Engineering/ Telecom or related discipline duly recognized by HEC. Candidates with certification in any of them: HCIP (Security)/ CCNP (Security)/NSE-4 will be preferred.
• Job Responsibilities: Planning, design, documentation, implementation and management of enterprise network’s security infrastructure solutions as per requirements. Hands-on experience configuring VPN, SSL Off-loading certificates, NAT, DNAT, SSL Orchestrators. Expert knowledge with layer 2 and layer 3 technologies with a focus on network equipment, specifically routers, switches, firewalls in Security Domain. XDR/SIEM/SOAR, Python. Automation and Orchestration Experience will be an added plus.  

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria:

• Applicant retired from any service under any Government (i.e. Federal or Provincial) or from any organization, body, authority or establishment owned or controlled by any Government or in which any Government has controlling share or interest are not eligible to apply.
• Applicant dismissed, discharged, compulsorily retired, removed or otherwise terminated by previous employers on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
• Applicant convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
• Applicant relieved under any Golden Hand Shake Scheme/Voluntary Separation Scheme (by whatever name) from Public Sector Organization for a period of five years are not eligible to apply.
• The above positions will be contractual for an initial period of 5 years (extendable subject to performance). Market Competitive remuneration will be offered.
