Divisional Head Operations (SVP/EVP) (Based at ZTBL, Head Office, Islamabad)

Experience: Minimum 12-years Post Qualification Experience in Banking sector out of which 05 years in operations.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Preference will be given to candidate having relevant Master’s Degree/Professional Qualification.

Job Responsibilities:

To lead and upgrade the Bank’s operations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
To look after centralized operations, current as well as future initiatives.
Develop and implement operations strategy to help define and accomplish short-term and long-term objectives.
Ensure smooth operations of the entire branch network efficiently & effectively in accordance with prevailing industry practices through risk avert processes and procedures and with embedded better internal controls.
Ensure the operational standards are updated and in-line with the regulatory guidelines and implementation best practices to ensure that customers are provided with best banking products and services.
Responsible for developing the operations strategy in-line with the bank’s business plan and ensuring an effective and efficient operating model for the bank.
Aligning the Bank’s operational activities to support business, its continuity, contingency planning.
Enhance overall operations efficiency of banking operations and to ensure everyday business operations run uninterrupted and are in-line with bank’s business objectives.
Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory guidelines. Fulfill all SBP and internal reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Senior Manager Recovery – SAM (AVP/VP) (Based at Larkana/Sukkur/D.M Jamali/Hyderabad/Nawabshah) No. of Positions: 02

Experience: Minimum 8-years Post-Qualification Experience with at least 5-years’ experience in SAM/Recovery/Collection in SME/Consumer/Leasing/Agr. Assets in Banking Sector or any other relevant organization.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree. Preference will be given to candidate having LLB/Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will report directly to Head SAM (North/South)
Develop and implement recovery plans, assign targets to branches and circles and manage bucket management in repayments, NPL categories (OAEM, substandard, doubtful, loss) and charged-off portfolio.
Reduce NPLs and Charged-off portfolio.
Recovery through asset acquisition, negotiation, follow-up, litigation and other means.
Ensure timely serving of demand and legal notices, file recovery suits, reduce zero recovery cases, reduce time-barred and “To be time barred” cases and coordinate with Repo agencies for tractor repossession.
Implement the LACIP Act-1973 effectively, pursue timely proceedings, for Bank cases and take prompt actions against fraud, forgery, defective securities and bad loans.
Maintain records of properties acquired due to loan defaults and ensure their timely disposal.
Report crop or collateral damage due to normal calamities and suggest remedies. Review/reinvestigate loan rescheduling, restructuring and write-off requests.
Ensure MCOs have visited borrowers, coordinate with authorities for disciplinary proceedings and report issues of the regions to line manager and Head office.
Any other task assigned by the Management.

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria

The applicant must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
Maximum age upto 55-years as on closing date to apply.
Applicant retired from any service under any Government (i.e. Federal or Provincial) or from any organization, body, authority or establishment owned or controlled by any Government or in which any Government has controlling share or interest are not eligible to apply.
Applicant dismissed, discharged, compulsorily retired, removed or otherwise terminated by previous employers on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply.
Applicant convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
Applicant relieved under any Golden Hand Shake Scheme/Voluntary Separation Scheme (or whatever name) from Public Sector Organization for a period of five years are not eligible to apply.
The above positions will be contractual for an initial period of 05 years (extendable based on performance). Market Competitive remuneration will be offered.

Maximum age upto 46-years as on closing date to apply.
Dual nationality holders are not eligible to apply for these posts.
Preference will be given to candidates having Domicile of Interior Sindh.
