Responsibilities:
- Addressing all customer related matters through different means of communication (Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Online Chat)
- Processing all online orders.
- Coordination with web warehouse for online orders
- Call Courier Logistic operations (Coordination, Complaints, Follow-ups)
- Increase and emphasize Customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services.
