BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTRE

HR, Admin & Finance Executive

Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
Nature of Post: 01-Contract Basis
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
Experience: 1 year experience in a well-reputed organization will be preferred.
Age: 30 years maximum.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of BIC financial records/bookkeeping.
- Compliance with reporting requirements of HEC.
- Coordination of all BIC purchases and procurements.
- Maintenance of BIC assets.
- Office management.
- Any other assigned duties.

Business Development Executive

Basic Pay Scale: Lump Sum/Negotiable
Nature of Post: 01-Contract Basis
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Business Management, Economics, Commerce, or Finance.
Experience: 1 year experience in a well-reputed organization will be preferred.
Age: 30 years maximum.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring incubates engagement with the training program.
- Implementation of marketing strategy of BIC.
- Assisting incubates in financial planning, reporting, and evaluation of benefits and return on investment.
- Developing new business opportunities through entrepreneurship, commercial, and/or knowledge exchanges for startups.
- Any other assigned duties.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test / Interview.
The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk.
Candidates for all positions are required to fill the application form and submit it along with a complete CV and attested copies of testimonials in hard form.
Two most recent passport-size photographs should be affixed to each application form.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with the necessary documents, complete in all respects.
Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC.
Applications must be accompanied by the original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form of Rs. 500/-, as a processing fee (non-refundable), to be deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 0042799177803, University of Sargodha. No other mode of payment (e.g., Demand Draft, Postal Order) will be accepted.
Candidates already in service of a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through the proper channel by the closing date; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained.
Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained, even if posted before the closing date.
Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
In case any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified, and legal action will be taken under the Rules.
Closing date for submission of applications is 13.09.2024.
The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw any post or withhold the appointment against any advertised post.

Note:
The above-mentioned posts are project posts for the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) and are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable for further one year on a six-monthly basis or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
