University of Lahore Hospital is hiring a qualified and dedicated Assistant Manager – Laundry to join our support services team. We are looking for a professional who is committed to ensuring efficient laundry operations and maintaining hospital hygiene standards.
Job Specifications:
- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of the hospital laundry department.
- Ensure proper washing, ironing, and distribution of linen in accordance with hospital standards.
- Monitor staff performance and allocate duties effectively.
- Maintain inventory of linen, detergents, and related supplies.
- Implement infection control protocols and ensure quality hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and repair of laundry equipment.
- Maintain documentation related to laundry operations.
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in laundry management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setup.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Operations or a related field (Master’s preferred).
