📍 Location: Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field)

Are you detail-oriented and analytical with a passion for numbers and operations? We are looking for a Costing Officer to join our team to support accurate production costing and inventory control.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Record Daily Production: Maintain accurate daily records of production, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues.
🔹Conduct Monthly Stock Count: Perform monthly physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
🔹Monthly Stock Valuation: Evaluate inventory on hand monthly using standard valuation methods.
🔹Pre-Costing for Sales: Provide pre-costing support to the sales team to assist with quoting and pricing.
🔹Anomaly Detection: Investigate and report any abnormalities in inventory or production data.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Maintain precise and up-to-date records of production and inventory.
🔹Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and suggesting improvements.
🔹Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to ensure smooth communication of production and inventory data.

🔹Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
🔹Strong analytical and numerical skills
🔹Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
🔹Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
🔹Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

We’re on the hunt for a smart, driven Accounts Receivable Executive to own the end-to-end receivables process!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

🔹 Oversee customer receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate account reconciliation.
🔹 Develop and execute proactive collection strategies to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
🔹 Engage with customers to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve disputes in coordination with Sales and Operations.
🔹 Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to address pending collections and credit note approvals.
🔹 Prepare monthly aging reports, share variance analyses, and highlight trends for overdue accounts.
🔹 Manage issuance and accounting of debit and credit notes to prevent discrepancies.
🔹Verify sales orders, ensuring valid purchase orders and approved credit limits.
🔹Maintain accurate customer master data, including billing addresses, payment terms, and limits.
🔹Ensure AR processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements, support audit documentation.
🔹Identify and support system improvements or automation opportunities for collections and customer communications.
🔹Perform regular customer account reconciliations and resolve unmatched balances promptly.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master’s a bonus!)
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
✅ Experience in AR, collections, and credit management.
✅ A team player mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
