Hascol Petroleum is looking for AM Logistics to be appointed at Machike.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure fleet availability as per demand
- Coordinate with terminals, depots, and refineries for product upliftment
- Supervise fleet operations and ensure tankers meet regulatory standards
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies
- Use ERP systems (SAP) for tracking and reporting logistics activities
- Optimize routing and vehicle utilization to reduce costs
- Handle logistics emergencies such as abnormal product shortages, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or spillage incidents etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and delivery records for audits and reports
- Coordinate with supply, operations, and sales teams for demand planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports
- Conduct regular inspections and safety drills for vehicles and drivers
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector
The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of OMC Logistics and experience in fleet management. Must possess a good command of MS Excel and ERP Systems. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong and varied network of contacts across the industry.
