JOB OVERVIEW

United King is seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the Marketing Manager/Hod Marketing in executing Campaign Management, Market Research and Analysis, Content Creation and Management, Brand Management, Event Coordination, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Administrative Support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including seasonal, promotional, and thematic campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product development) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
• Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the United King brand.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
• Assist in planning and executing events, such as product launches, anniversary celebrations, and special promotions.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site event execution.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
• Track and analyze digital metrics to improve online presence and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
