QUALIFICATION : Masters in Education or equivalent
EXPERIENCE :
- At least 5-8 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing Curriculum and teaching at Early Years Level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, review, and continuously improve the Early Years curriculum, including lesson plans, instructional resources, assessments, and academic frameworks.
- Plan and deliver teacher training, orientation sessions, and professional development workshops to strengthen instructional practices and ensure effective curriculum implementation.
- Conduct regular campus visits to monitor curriculum delivery, observe classrooms, mentor teachers and school leaders, and provide academic support.
- Collaborate with academic teams and campus leadership to enhance teaching quality and improve student learning outcomes.
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness through classroom observations, feedback, and performance data, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new campuses by providing curriculum guidance, training, and implementation support.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Early Years education to drive curriculum innovation.
SKILLS
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of Early Years education, child development, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, assessment, and instructional resource development.
- Experience in designing and delivering teacher training and professional development programs.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, classroom observation, and academic monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for campus visits and academic support.
