We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in building works, project management, budgeting, technical systems, and team coordination.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Master’s in Construction Management or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of experience in building works, preferably in the hotel industry.
LOCATION: Islamabad Marriott Hotel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven experience in project management within building construction, preferably in the hotel/hospitality sector.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, and implementation of finishing works, including MEP and technical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to resolve design and coordination issues through technical clarifications and on-site modifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to manage teams and engage effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors.
