Qualification: Bachelors Degree in HR or related field
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience
Skills:
•Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute strategies to attract and source qualified candidates.
•Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
•Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers.
•Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
•Handle job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
•Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future talent.
•Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
•Promote the company as an attractive employer through various channels.
•Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local laws and regulations.
