TPL Security Services Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire a Senior Manager -Sales/Head of Sales for its Karachi office.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience (minimum) in B2B sales (experience in fintech will be a bonus)
- Overall 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading a sales team
- Experience building a sales team (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Entrepreneurial spirit and history of building relationships with new business partners
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, coach, and train a growing sales team
- Design and implement sales strategies to reach our revenue goals
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships
- Assist with the development of new products and new partnerships
- Analyze opportunities for growth and initiate new ventures based on data
- Manage the sales pipeline and process, from lead generation to negotiation and closing contracts
- Establish qualifying and selection criteria for new joint venture partnerships
Experience:
The Head of Sales must have had at least 10 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Sales Manager.
The candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence. A suitable candidate will also have had experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.

- Graduate from a well known university ( masters will be preferred)
