Knowledge & Skills Requirement:
• Master’s Degree in Sales/Marketing with 10 year experience in Digital Sales/Marketing & Analytics (B2B or B2C.)
• Must be familiar with latest online trends and global technology phenomenon.
• Deliver the online & digital sales budget across all products across all group companies.
• Develop & drive the online sales propositions including Bundling, Cross Selling.
• Develop a clear online sales strategy & call center plan, covering product sales through digital/online channels
• Develop clear reporting metrics and procedures to measure effectiveness, conversions, CPA, Lead to Sale Velocity, and ROI across all online/digital channels, Alternate Channels & Affiliates.
• Manage team performance through designated team leads
• Develop an ecosystem of online alliances & partnership to drive digital sales of our products
• Analyze the competitor activities and develop research-based strategy to meet targets & business needs
• Provide sales insights to marketing team to help increase site traffic.
• Provide key insights into annual/quarterly budget planning
