📘 What We’re Looking For:
Deans / HODs:
- Provide academic and strategic leadership.
- Ensure integration of innovative technologies (including AI) in the curriculum.
- Foster a research-driven and collaborative environment.
- Mentor faculty and support institutional growth.
Professors / Associate & Assistant Professors / Lecturers:
- Deliver engaging, high-impact lectures.
- Design course content that incorporates AI tools and applications.
- Encourage digital literacy and future-ready thinking in students.
- Confidently present in recorded lectures — good on-camera presence is essential.
- Participate in academic innovation and research initiatives.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
For Deans & HODs:
- PhD in the relevant field with proven leadership experience.
- Strong academic, administrative, and research background.
- Vision for integrating modern technologies in higher education.
For Faculty:
- PhD, MS, or MPhil (as per HEC criteria).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Not camera shy – must be comfortable recording video lectures.
- Interest and ability to integrate AI tools into teaching and learning.
- Passion for mentorship, innovation, and continuous development.
