Job Description:
- Running a centralised education system in branches all over Pakistan, ranging from preschool to Matriculation while leading the following areas:
- Curriculum planning
- Centralised syllabus making and conducting centralized tests and assessments
- Developing a professional programme to conduct workshops for in-house staff at the HO and RO
- Developing modules for teacher training and ensuring implementation through regional academic team
- Managing a complete team of academics with their KPI developments
- Maintaining a travel and activity calendar for the team to visit different school branches
- Developing a consolidated school visit report and sharing it with the Project Director on a monthly basis
- Managing regional academic teams for effective coordination pertaining to teacher trainings, teacher observations, staff development and book development

This role is entrusted with the responsibility of;
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Building efficient, testable, and re-usable PHP modules
- Solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Codeigniter, Laravel etc.
- Extensive knowledge of ORACLE with complex query writing
