TheCitySchool is looking to fill out the position of Head Master/ Mistress (HM) at their campus in Sahiwal.

Responsibilities:
- Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in The City School (TCS) Handbook.
- Work closely with the Principal to establish effective and globally relevant practices of teaching & learning. Implement the school’s vision for quality pupil-centric teaching & learning at all levels in the school linked with the TCS’s expectation of excellent education.
- Integrate the mission and vision of TCS into the planning and delivery of all curricular and co–curricular lessons and activities.
- Plan development of teacher’s skill sets to reach levels expected, including integration of ICT in the classroom.
- Lead on all aspects of the school’s academic provision, including its curriculum, planning, development, delivery, assessment, and monitoring.
- Lead the school’s academic administration, including timetabling, resources, parental liaison, staff training, and liaison with external agencies.
- Organise the development of minimum learning outcomes for all subjects/set benchmarks to raise standards.
- Obtain, and disseminate to the appropriate staff, curriculum-related material and information on courses/staff training/professional development.
- Help meet time-based school improvement targets in consultation with the Head of School (HOS).
- Conduct needs-based lesson observation/lesson appraisals and provide focused effective feedback in order to meet School improvement targets.
- Ensure the TCS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
- Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical workday, where the tasks require additional.
- Perform other duties as requested by line managers/supervisors.
- Ensure that clear targets are assigned to direct reports of the job holder and that job descriptions and KPIs are in place for all employees within the School.
