1. Director (Administration) BPS-20

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Administrative / Social Sciences / MPA / MBA, 17 years experience in personnel administration in a Govt./ Semi Govt./ Large Commercial Organization of repute.

Domicile: Merit

Max. Age Limit: 50 Years

2. Director Human Resources BPS-20

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Administrative / Social Sciences / MPA / MBA (Human Resources), 17 years experience in personnel administration in a Govt./ Semi Govt./ Large Commercial Organization of repute.

Domicile: Merit

Max. Age Limit: 50 Years

3. Assistant Manager (Internal Audit) BPS-17

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: M.Com / (Finance) / M.Com, 03 years relevant experience.

Domicile: KPK

Max. Age Limit: 30 Years

4. Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical) BPS-17

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer and computer literate, OR Second Class Engineer or certificate of Competency (Second Engineer officer) Class-II. 03 years relevant experience in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Large Engineering organization of repute.

5. Assistant Manager (Secretarial) BPS-17

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Class Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/MBA. 03 years experience in relevant field.

Domicile: Punjab

Max. Age Limit: 30 Years

6. Assistant Manager (Estate) BPS-17

No. of Posts: 01

Prescribed Educational Qualification and Experience: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer OR At least 2nd Class MPA/MBA. 03 years experience in relevant field.

Domicile: Balochistan

Max. Age Limit: 30 Years

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

Applications on the following prescribed form enclosing attested copies of educational and relevant experience certificates, along with two (02) passport size photographs and detailed CV must reach to the office of Director (HRM), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi – 75020, through courier service within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.

No TA/DA will be allowed for test/interview.

Age relaxation shall be considered and granted in accordance with the applicable rules, specifically covering ex-service personnel as well as regular government servants.

Minorities and women quota will be observed as per rules.

The Authority reserves the right to cancel the process of hiring partially or completely.

Applicants serving in Government/Semi Government departments or autonomous bodies are required NOC of their organization concerned.

Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post should send their applications in a separate envelope clearly mentioned the name of post on envelopes.

Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.

The contract appointment shall be extendable for further period, subject to satisfactory performance. The appointee shall have no right to claim regularization against respective posts.
