CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Canteen Stores Department (CSD), a prestigious Chain of Retail Stores across Pakistan, invites applications for the position mentioned on a contract basis for the Rawalpindi station:-

Network Administrator (1x Vacancy: Rawalpindi)

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized national or international university.
Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in system and network administration; professional certifications such as CCNA or MCSE will be considered an added advantage.
Candidates should be male not more than 40 years of age.
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including structured cabling, patch panels, and copper connections, to ensure high availability.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, Routing and Switching, with hands-on experience troubleshooting managed switches (Cisco, HP/Aruba, or similar).
Install and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals, including diagnostics, component replacement, and upgrades.
Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware (Dell PowerEdge, HP ProLiant, or similar), including RAID, memory/CPU/disk upgrades, and iDRAC/iLO.
Sound knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Server, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
Strong knowledge of server hardware, including rack servers, storage systems, and backup devices.
Perform regular system updates and patch management across server and network infrastructure.
Maintain UPS and power systems and ensure server room environmental requirements are met.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, RMAs, and maintenance contracts, and maintain an accurate hardware asset inventory.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before the selection board.
Salary is negotiable however, depends upon qualification and experience of candidate.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test/ interview.
