𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

This position will be based at Head Office (Karachi).

Key Responsibilities:

Finalize the quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end financial reporting deliverables for the Financial Controller’s review within defined timelines, incorporating necessary changes as recommended by the FC or management.
Finalize the Monthly MIS, Outlet Profitability Report, and provide appropriate reasoning on material variations for FC’s review.
Lead the budgeting process for the BLD segment, ensuring relevant, accurate, and timely financial forecasts in coordination with the FC.
Assist the FC in planning for capital or debt financing as and when required.
Ensure ERP processes are optimized to save time and recommend necessary customizations, developments, or modifications to enhance efficiency.
Review and ensure compliance with applicable sales tax and income tax rules, regulations, and reporting timelines.
Conduct sales tax reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure cost accuracy and proper allocation of materials.
Liaise with internal auditors to strengthen internal controls of the division.
Coordinate with external auditors for the finalization of interim and year-end audits.
Review and post all JVs, vendor invoices, and bank payments.
Ensure the smooth operation of the online banking portal concerning reports and payment disbursement.
Review and finalize all general insurance-related matters in coordination with the FC.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ICMA,ACCA, CA).
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
4-6 years of relevant experience in finance and corporate reporting.
