Artistic Milliners is hiring ‘𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 (𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞)’.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 100,000/ month
Job Type: Full-Time
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
- Assist in organizing company events and managing office operations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance Prefered) in a relevant field.
- 1- 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
- Basic Financial Knowledge, Presentable, and fluent in English
(moderate level). - Moderate in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
