Thal Engineering is seeking a “Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition” to join its Plant in Korangi, Karachi.
Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, developing sourcing strategies, and driving employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, possesses 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS and demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
