Position: Showroom Manager

Job Role:

• Complete operations-based role of managing a Tecno Flagship Showroom in Lahore.
• Ensure showroom is managed according to the highest corporate standards.
• Oversee security of all materials (display and inventory) under your responsibility.
• Manage showroom sales and fulfill sales targets set by management.
• Suggest promotional activities to boost sales if targets are not met.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, maintenance, and operations SOPs.
• Manage small inventory kept in the showroom or associated warehouse.

Eligibility:

• Preferred Bachelor’s/Master’s from any recognized University/Institute
• 10-12 years of relevant experience

Position: Unit Manager – Battery Division

Location: Head Office (PECHS, Karachi)

Job Role:

• Build a battery business from scratch (identify suitable suppliers, design list of product features, define brand positioning, make marketing, aftersales, channel strategy etc.).
• Make a project plan and execute according to agreed timelines from design to implementation phase.
• Run Tecno’s battery business division and grow Tecno to be a significant player in the residential battery space in next 18 months.
• Build a team of individuals underneath him to manage each of the key areas (sales, aftersales, marketing, product design/R&D etc.).
• Ensure long-term competitiveness of the product and brand through consistent innovation and expansion.
• Develop residential market for lithium ion phosphate batteries in Pakistan.
• Develop C&I segment for solar batteries.

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Head Office (PECHS, Karachi)

Job Role:

• Structure a proper brand building process for Tecno Solar Industries (step-wise knowledge of how to rebrand a company from old to new).
• Must understand symbolism and soft communication (need someone with depth who understands sowing a seed into the customer’s mind, not rampant bombardment).
• Manage social media platforms and community engagement through a creative agency. Target is to achieve the largest social media following in the solar space in the next 12 months.
• Come up with exciting ways of raising awareness for the Tecno brand and its affiliated products.
• Suggest paid media campaigns (whether on social media or other ATL/BTL activities).
• Be able to build a brand for a new product division (solar batteries) from the ground up.
• Build a community of engaged followers and capture their attention through innovative means of engagement (podcasts, newsletters, etc.).
• Structure brand building activities in coordination with Chinese partners in an effort to boost their local sales and price premium.

• Master’s in Marketing from any recognized University/Institute
• 10-12 years of relevant experience

Job Role:

• Structure the process of building 10 retail showrooms across the country over the next 12 months.
• Manage simultaneous projects in different cities to ensure execution according to agreed timeline and quality parameters.
• Provide input based on past experience on how to set up/operate a retail showroom in different locations and regions.
• Be able to problem solve and diagnose issues in case of showroom inadequate performance.
• Be able to suggest promotion activities and other on-ground events to boost sales, awareness, and interest.
• Ensure maintenance and effective operations of showrooms according to TSI brand image and standards of quality.
• Build SOPs for each showroom and ensure strict process is being followed.
• Manage the network of showrooms to ensure sales targets are being met.
