Associate Manager – Talent & OD
Responsibilities:
- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding of new hires.
- Assist with planning, budgeting, and organisation design.
- Develop job descriptions and organisation charts.
- Lead performance management and special HR projects.
- Design HR manuals, SOPs, and dashboards.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience
Education: At least BBA
Competencies:
- Competency based Interviewing.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Able to effectively communicate, collaborate & build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, data analysis and problem solving.
- Project management
- Tech savvy especially in Visio, Canva and other HR digital tools
