𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our HR team as a 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐓𝐎 – 𝐇𝐑). The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training in various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other core HR operations.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support HR operations, including onboarding and documentation.
Participate in HR projects and policy implementation.
Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
06 Months – 1 year of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
