📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Head Office, Plant Lahore
📝 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage end-to-end HR Operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee records
Handle Recruitment & Selection for technical, field, and corporate positions
Oversee Payroll, Compensation & Benefits in coordination with finance
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters
Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and assist management in HR planning.
🎓 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or a related field
5–7 years of relevant HR experience
Agriculture sector experience will be considered a strong plus
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
