Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering + MBA
- Experience: 5 – 7 Years
The Job:
- Lead product marketing strategies for new and existing vehicle models.
- Manage end-to-end vehicle launches, facelifts, and special editions.
- Develop strong product positioning, value propositions, and key selling points.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer insights analysis.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Aftersales, CX, Dealer Network, and OEM teams.
- Support sales teams with product trainings and marketing collateral.
- Work with Brand & Digital teams on campaigns and launch communications.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market response to optimize strategies.

- Experience: 2 – 3 Years
The Job:
- Monitor and manage all Chery Pakistan social media platforms and owner communities daily. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp groups, owner communities).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and online conversations.
- Track customer sentiment, identify emerging issues, and escalate insights to the CX and Marketing teams.
- Engage with dissatisfied customers empathetically and guide them through proper complaint-resolution channels.
- Coordinate closely with the CX team to ensure timely closure of online cases and issue resolution.
- Liaise with social media group admins and community stakeholders to manage misinformation and negative content.
- Identify trends, viral discussions, and competitor activity to support proactive engagement strategies.
- Prepare periodic sentiment and performance reports covering escalations, resolutions, and engagement impact.
