We are hiring Team Lead (International) for our Karachi office!
Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent (Excellent English communication skills – spoken & written)
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a call center sales supervisory or team lead role

Job Specifications:
- Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating team culture emphasizing collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, call quality, and sales revenue.
- Analyze sales reports, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies for success.
- Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and call center policies.
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate updates effectively.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience selling TV, Internet, and Phone services (Spectrum, Xfinity, Frontier, etc.).
- Proficiency with industry-standard portals (Updater, All Connect, DSI).
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Performance analysis and sales strategy implementation skills.
- High adaptability in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software.
