We are hiring Compliance Control Executive
Education: Graduation
Experience: Minimum two years experience of Contact Centre operations
Job Description:
- To effectively monitor compliance of CS policies, present numerical data related to wastage and reflect improvement areas.
- Create sound internal controls of all contact center functions i.e. operations, service quality and WFM and monitor adherence to them.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and reports to identify weaknesses.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and contact center adherence and practices.
Job Requirements:
- At least graduate from recognized institute or equivalent education
- Minimum two year experience of Contact Centre operations.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Good command over MS Office
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
