Swyft Logistics is looking for a “Client Support Generalist” for its Lahore Office.
This position will be responsible for;
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Answering customer questions through a variety of means, such as online chats, email, social media and phone calls.
- Receiving and promptly responding to customer queries & keeping track of general patterns when communicating with customers.
- Learning about new strategies and services.
- Developing customer service solutions.
- Identifying possible website errors.
