EDUCATION Bachelors in Business, Fashion or Textile Merchandising
EXPERIENCE 6-8 years in fashion retail buying, with at least 3 years in Women’s Essentials or intimate apparel
POSITION OVERVIEW This position oversees the category’s assortment planning, sourcing, vendor management, pricing and inventory optimization. The role ensures alignment with business goals through trend-driven, high-quality product selections and strong vendor partnerships across local and international markets. The incumbent leverages market insights and data analytics to enhance profitability, product performance and customer satisfaction while collaborating with Planning, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams. This position demands strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and expertise in women’s essentials, fabrics and fit to drive category growth and brand success.
