POSITION OVERVIEW
This role plays a critical role in providing administrative and organizational support to the COO. This position is responsible for managing schedules, recording and following up on meeting minutes, arranging travel and visa processing, and maintaining confidential records. The role demands a high level of discretion, multitasking, and proactive communication to ensure the smooth execution of both professional and personal assignments for the COO.
