SPAR is hiring for the position of “Team Lead Fruits & Vegetables.”

Education Requirement:

• Intermediate

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in food retail, specifically in the fruits and vegetables department.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Responsible for receiving, sorting, and replenishing fruits and vegetables as per SOP.
• Manage shrinkage control and maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
• Ensure the department is clean, stocked, and aisles are properly organized and labeled.
• Collaborate with floor managers to address customer needs.
• Oversee quality control of fresh stock and ensure only the best quality is displayed.
• Stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
• Review SKUs and handle stock replenishment and quality checks.
