We are looking for a detail-oriented Hardware Design Engineer to join our hardware development team. The ideal candidate has a strong theoretical background of electrical components and power electronic circuits. Hands-on practical experience in hardware circuit and PCB design makes you stand out of the crowd. You will contribute to development of cutting edge hardware design for our local as well as international projects.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
● Design, simulate, prototype and test analog and digital circuits for embedded as well a power electronic systems
● Perform hardware debugging and optimization at module as well as board level
● Perform and evaluate full system-level validation and verification tests
● Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless product development
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
● Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, power electronics, microcontrollers, sensors and digital communication interfaces
● Working knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters and lab equipment for testing and validation
● Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 (𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞)
● Experience with schematics capturing and layouting multi-layered PCBs considering the best practices for signal and power integrity
● Basic understanding of firmware/embedded systems

SkyElectric is expanding its leadership team and is seeking dynamic professionals to drive strategic growth and execution across commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Lead and execute sales strategy for the C&I segment, including Solar, EPC, PPA, and BESS solutions
● Drive revenue growth through strategic project acquisition and key account management
● Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships
● Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle in coordination with technical and delivery teams
● Contribute to strategic planning, market positioning, and business expansion initiatives
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● 8–10 years of relevant experience in Renewable Energy sector
● MBA with Electrical Engineering graduation is preferred
● Strong exposure to EPC, PPA models, Industrial Solar & BESS projects
● Proven leadership in sales strategy and project execution
● Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Head of Technical – Renewable Energy
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi
𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Technical Operations
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 8–10 Years
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
● Lead and oversee Field Engineering, Operations, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales functions
● Ensure technical excellence across project execution and system performance
● Develop and implement technical standards and operational protocols
● Provide strategic technical guidance for system design and execution
● Optimize performance efficiency and strengthen service delivery
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
● 8–10 years of technical leadership experience in the renewable energy sector
● MS Electrical/Power Engineering with PMP is preferred
● Strong expertise in solar system design, implementation, and operations
● Proven leadership across technical teams
● Experience managing complex renewable energy projects
