Position: HR OFFICER/HR SPECIALIST
Experience: 1 To 3 years
Location: Lahore/Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Performance Management
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and help organize and facilitate training and development programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, both electronically and in hardcopy.
- HR Software and Tools: Utilize HR software and tools for HR functions such as payroll, timekeeping, and performance management.
- Compensation: Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or MBA. 1 To 3 years of experience in a human resources role. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Position: Associate Officer Customer Excellence.
Location: Islamabad
Requirements:
- Provide technical support to customers via call and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or other departments for further resolution.
- Develop a strong understanding of solar products, systems, and technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in solar technology.
- Educate customers on best practices for solar system maintenance and optimization.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Continuously learn and enhance technical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s In Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Fresh to 2 Years Experience Required
- FYP on Solar
- Any Job experience in Solar
- Islamabad based Candidates.
