Are you a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment? SkyElectric is hiring a Management Trainee Officer – Sales for our Sialkot office to support and drive our business growth initiatives.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
- Assist in executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Excellence teams for seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
- Participate in regular sales reviews and training sessions.
- Stay up to date with market developments and uphold our high standards of professionalism and customer care.

- A recent graduate or early-career professional passionate about sales and business development (BBA/Engineering)
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
