- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and appointments with utmost confidentiality.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and executive briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review official correspondence, presentations, speeches, and reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, expense claims, and protocol coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal departments, dignitaries, and external partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or relevant field.
