JOB OPPORTUNITY: Shuhada-e-Army Public School University of Technology Nowshera invites applications from eligible male/female candidates of KP to fill the following positions on a regular basis.

1. Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology
No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institute. No experience required.

2. Lecturers (BPS-18)

Department of:
- a) Energy Engineering Technology
- b) Information Engineering Technology
No. of Positions: 02 Each
Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career. No experience required.

3. Assistant Registrar (BPS-17)

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification and Experience: First division Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / English; with five years’ experience of personnel management in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization.

4. Assistant Director QEC (BPS-17)

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification and Experience: First division Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Computer Science, Social Sciences and Management Sciences (16 years) from HEC recognized University/Institution with 02 years relevant experience.

5. Assistant Controller of Examination (BPS-17)

No. of Positions: 02
Minimum Qualification and Experience: First division Master’s degree, or Second Class Master’s degree with five years’ experience of examination work in a University or a Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education.

6. Assistant Treasurer (BPS-17)

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification and Experience: First division M.Com/M.B.A. (with specialization in Finance/Accounts); with five years’ experience in accounts in a University or a Government Department or an Autonomous Organization.

7. Procurement Officer (BPS-17)

No. of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualification and Experience: First division Masters or equivalent qualification. Or 2nd Class Masters or equivalent qualification with 05 years relevant experience.

8. Lab Technologist (BPS-17)

Department of Information Engineering Technology
Age Limit: 22 to 40 years
No. of Positions: 02
Minimum Qualification and Experience: At least First Class Bachelors’ Degree (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology or First Class Masters Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology awarded after 16 years of Education from an HEC recognized University / Institution with Two years relevant experience in a National / Multinational Organization.

Terms and Conditions of Application

Eligible candidates should submit their filled and signed application form available on the University’s website (www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) along with attested copies of educational testimonials (i.e Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, valid PEC/NTC Card/Certificate, one recent photograph and original bank deposit slip to the office of undersigned not later than 15.08.2024.
Age, Qualification, experience etc. (supported with documentary proofs) will be considered till the last date of form submission.
A complete resume in all respect is 22 to 55 years, while for the rest of positions age limit is 18 to 45 years.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected without intimation to the applicant.
For administrative positions, in case of semester system, 3.00 out of 4.00 CGPA will be considered as first division.
Only shortlisted candidates, who meet the criteria, will be called for test/interview.
For S.No. 1 and 2, the candidates must have a valid PEC/NTC registration.
In-service candidates must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from their current employer.
Age relaxation will be given in light of government rules on case to case basis.
Incase if any information or document provided by the applicant is found incorrect/fake at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions, or to cancel/not fill, any or all the positions at any stage without assigning any reason.
Application processing fees of Rs. 3000 for BPS-19, Rs. 2000 for BPS-18 and Rs. 1000 for BPS-17 must be submitted in University’s bank account mentioned below. The original receipt must be sent along with the application form.
